Flow in proportion to the advancement speed (DPA) for the slurry tankers and muck spreaders

The main objectives of this project are: benchmark ISOBUS and NON-ISOBUS controllers and sensors for NPK application in proportion to the advancement speed and support the design and assembly of a slurry tanker and muck spreader with DPA feature.
Over-fertilization of soils used for agricultural and horticultural purposes is a growing environmental concern. Attention to this issue has been renewed by nutrient management regulations being drafted in Europe and United States of America. This fact sheet is intended to address the causes and effects of over-fertilization, as well as to recommend corrective measures. This project intends to innovate slurry tankers and muck spreaders to answer this societal challenge and make the fertilization application more precise, applying the right quantity in the right place at the right time.
